Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship products internationally.  We ship our products to the countries shown in our shipping rate page.  If your country is not listed, please contact us or check back with us on a regular basis.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  In addition, we accept Paypal, money orders and cashier's checks.  Please refer to our Payment methods page.

 

Do you accept Pay Pal?

For security and fraud concerns, we only accept from the following locations and countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Dominica, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Martinique, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela.

Customer should be aware that Justuffxpress reserves the right to denial any Paypal payment. At the same time, Justuffxpress might request additional to verify Paypal payment. Additional information includes driver license, valid passport, credit card billing statement, utility statement, and bank statement.

 

Are your products new or factory reconditioned?

If the item is factory reconditioned you will see an indication at the bottom of the item description. If there is none, the product is brand new. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications; some items come with 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.

 

Are the Cell phones come with any manufacture warranty?

Since most of our cell phone products are parallel imported items that there are NO manufacturer warranties included with your orders. At the same time, we do have a return policy that provides a high level of customer satisfaction guarantee. For more information, please review our Return Policy page.

 

What does Unlocked Cell phone mean?

This means that the phone is not locked to any particular phone service providers. Before you make a decision to purchase a particular phone, please make sure that the frequency of your mobile phone network is compatible with the phone you wish to purchase. There is no commitment to any minimum term contract to buy our phones.

 

Will the cell phone I purchase work in my country?

Within the United States and Canada, the majority uses only GSM 1900/ GSM 850 bandwidth. In UK, Australia and most parts of Asia with the exception of Japan and South Korea, their networks use GSM 900 / GSM 1800.

Can I use the cell phone charger in my country?

Quad band / Tri band phones come with travel chargers (100-240V) and no transformer is needed. Dual band phones usually come with 220V chargers. We will provide you a compatible plug adaptor for free with your order.

 

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment received, verified and confirmed.  Actual shipping date and time is contingent upon the availability of merchandise and credit verification.  All items are shipped after the order is verified and confirmed.  No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and federal or California state holidays.

 

How do I track my packages that have been shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address on file with us after your order is verified and confirmed.  Please note that we usually generate a tracking number one or two business day before the item actually ships out, therefore it will show as invalid on the courier website before the item is picked up and scanned by a courier service representative.

 

How do you calculate shipping charges?

All shipments within 48 states are eligible for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING!

Shipping rate varies due to the weight of the product. Customers can check the estimated shipping rate at the chart shown in Shipping Rate page or the shopping cart and/or a confirmed shipping rate at the checkout page. For all international orders (outside US), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties.

 

 

 

Which shipping method do you offer?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and EMS depending on the size of the order and product.  PO Boxes ship via USPS only.  Please note, there might be a delay in delivery, since USPS does not guarantee delivery times.

 

What is the delivery time for orders?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination.  Actual shipping date is contingent upon the availability of merchandise and payment verification.  All items are shipped after the order is verified and confirmed.  No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and federal or California state holidays.

 

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to California only.

 

How do I know what's in stock on your website?

All of the products listed on the website are in stock unless specified otherwise. Occasionally, some items are on back order, meaning that we are unable to ship them out within the time frame mentioned above. In that case, we will contact customer via email to change the back-ordered item to a different one or cancel the order altogether.
