Items may be returned only with prior authorization.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, original UPC code, manuals, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

General Items Returns:
· Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
· Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA a refund will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.
Cellphone Returns:
· Cellphones returned due to frequency issues are subject to approval and a 30% restocking fee. Unwanted cellphones will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% and must be in their original condition and appear unused. All protective covering and accessories must also be included in the original packaging and be in original condition never having been removed. Customer must provide IMEI # on the back of the phone or outside of box.

Without exception, no item may be returned without prior authorization in the form of an RMA number provided by customer service at Justuffxpress.
Please contact and submit to our RMA department at rma@justuffxpress.com. You will receive an email within 2-3 business days on the return detail instructions and our warehouse return address.
Customer must write approval RMA number on the return label. Please don’t write on the box. Please noted, if the box is opened or the box is marked with writing other than the shipping label, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to help offset our loss on the devalued goods. If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise or without RMA #, it will be sent to the Customer at their expense, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed.
You will be responsible for all shipping, tracking number and insurance charges for returns. If you choose not to insure or have tracking number for your return package, in the case of unaccept return of the product for reasons stated in this policy, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your payment account minus any applicable fees. Please allow 15 business days from when we accept your product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
Refunds will be issued after verification of item/items received, checked and approved less any applicable fees |
